Refund policy
Please note that we are unable to process refunds for products where the date of purchase is older than:
180 days and over - For Themeforest supported items
30 days and over - For Themeforest unsupported items, AudioJungle, VideoHive, GraphicRiver, PhotoDune, 3DOcean items, and/or for any products purchased and not downloaded within 30 days.
Before you ask for a refund
If you are experiencing a technical issue with the items you bought from us, we recommend that you contact us through support ticket and seek assistance. We’ll quickly help troubleshoot your problem.
We understand, however, that sometimes the author may not be able to solve your issue or there may be circumstances in which a refund is warranted. In this case, here are the circumstances in which we would provide you with a refund:
Item is "not as described" or the item doesn’t work the way it should.
If an item fails to function as promised, we commit to quickly resolving the issue with an update. Should the item significantly deviate from its advertised description or preview, making it "not as described," you have the option to request a refund from us if the problem is unresolvable or the discrepancy is confirmed.
Item has a security vulnerability
If an item has a security vulnerability that's not readily fixable, you might be eligible for a refund. We aim to quickly address such issues with updates. However, if a security flaw in the item isn't corrected within a reasonable period, we would issue a refund for it.
Item support is promised but not provided
When you buy an item that includes support or purchase an item support extension, you're entitled to receive the advertised support. If the promised support is not delivered according to our support policy, we are committed to refunding either the cost of the item (if support was included) or the cost of the item support purchase (during the extension period). It's important to note, however, that unused item support extensions are not eligible for refunds.
Items that have not been downloaded
If you haven't downloaded a purchased item within 30 days from the purchase date, you might qualify for a refund. You'll need to share your purchase code for us to confirm you haven't downloaded the item. While 30 days is considered reasonable, your consumer rights might allow for a longer refund period, especially if the purchase was for personal use and remains not downloaded.
Nonrefundable situations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not obliged to give policy refunds in any of the situations listed below:
Disinterest after downloading
Item not meeting subjective expectations or perceived as low quality
Changing your mind post-purchase
Accidental purchases
Lack of expertise to use the item effectively
Inadequate justification provided for refund requests
Inaccessibility of the item due to its removal or the absence of the author from the platform; immediate downloading post-purchase is recommended to avoid this scenario.
